#2136: Traceback posting needs to land in the turbogears.org domain

Traceback postings from TG sites now lands in beta.pylons.org. We need to
set it up so that it lands in the tg domain somewhere.
To achieve this task, we will need to implement a server program at
tracebacks.turbogears.org or the likes, based on what beta.pylons.org has.
Then, we have to modify the way TG is configured to point to the new
server.
