#2153: r6113 Breaks lazy='dynamic'

the changes in r6113, initializing the auth_middleware after the
transaction_manager apparently breaks dynamic backrefs, it complains about
the request.identity not having a session and does not send a query. If I
revert the configuration.py back to r6112 the relation works fine.
