 Hello, your patch is only half of the work needed for this (yet I thank
 you for taking the time to work on it). if you take a look at the original
 source it has a rst command to include an external file, this is from the
 'live code' example which means we need to move what was in
 initializeDB.py into websetup.py and make sure all the stages work.
