Updated the 1.0 Upgrade page to include instructions for releases up until
1.0.8. When releasing 1.0.9, make sure to copy update instructions
collected at [http://docs.turbogears.org/1.1/RoughDocs/Upgrade
1.0/RoughDocs/Upgrade] over to the official page.
