I see the Genshi folks offered to include a patch, if we provide one. That
would take time, though. Bummer. I don't really like releasing TG 1.1
final with this bug. Maybe we should include our own Genshi render engine?
But that would mean we'd have to use another plugin name so that wouldn't
work well. The only option I currently see is to monkey patch
`genshi.template.plugin.MarkupTemplateEnginePlugin`.
