I'm currently -0 on this one. I really like the idea of having a tool
specialized in TG packages that said I don't think we currently have the
manpower to maintain a cogbin.turbogears.org
I do agree with pypi searches being the equivalent, and since the QS
generates the proper tags it will be even simpler.
