#2426: Exception when importing turbogears with python -OO

This isn't that serious as I can live without -OO but I thought you guy
should know. I can't quite work out what is going on as one of the lines
in question "# $Id$" isn't actually doing anything?! I tried deleting the
.pyc and .pyo files but this did not help.
