Just a reminder to the TurboGears project mentors: Please go to the GSoC mentor dashboard and state for which applications you are willing to be a mentor by clicking on the "I am willing to mentor" button. Several persons can apply for being a mentor for a project, but only one can be selected by the administrators as the official mentor in the end (but the mentor can be changed later).
Also, I propose to have a TurboGears mentors IRC meeting next week after the aplicatios deadline to discuss the ranking of the applications we have and the distribution of mentors. It might also be necessary to ask students to re-define applications to reduce overlap with other applications or similar things. I think Tuesday evening (UTC) would be a good time for this meeting.
