I completely agree with what Mark says.  Good for tg.devtools, not so
much for tg2, because your server install may be all mako.  Good catch
Mark.  This means that if you quickstart a project that will require
Genshi, it is recommended that you add a dependency to your
quickstarted project's setup.py so that when you install to your
distribution location (which will not require tg.devtools) it will
automatically pull down genshi.
