OK, so I've got an updated 1.9.7 release up there. I've updated the web site, and updated the main tg2 download index. If people could let me know that we're all good, I'll tag everyting in SVN and do an official release tomorrow night.
I think 1.9.7b1 is now be be feature complete for most applications, and should be pretty API stable. We are looking to add some additional components, as well as do some performance enhancement work before 2.0, but we expect that 1.9.7 will be stable, and complete enough for people who want to build large applications. Another major task between now and 1.9.7 final is to continue to grow and improve our documentation.
