hello guys, over the last couple of weeks there has been some flux on this.
in pylons 0.9.7rc3 there is a new StackedProxy pylons.url which according to benbangert it's 20-25% faster at generating urls (of course testes in several thousand of them). This is due to some internal catching of routes.url_for. I think we take advantage of that in tgcore. Thoughts? Also I think we should document all the variants somewhere, for example webhelpers.url_for is just (was until 0.6) an alias of routes.url_for. how does tg.url relates to pylons.url? how does tg.url relates to routes.url_for? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears Trunk" group.
