I've just performed the branching for 2.1.4. Any further updates that are not related to open tickets for 2.1.4, or the current install issue, will not make it into the next release.
If there are any external packages we should add, I'll get those, too. Please note them here (for instance, I know I need to add tgext.debugbar).
