At the end of http://turbogears.org/documentation.html there are the links to the previous versions of the documentation. It looks like the http://www.turbogears.org/2.2/docs link points to the 2.3 documentation instead of the 2.2.
Also few days ago I made a commit on the tgwebsite to point the documentation links to http://turbogears.readthedocs.org/en/latest this has the pro of always linking to the most recent version of the doc reducing the issue of having old doc referenced around. As readthedocs supports also building previous versions of the documentation based on the tags available on the repository we can probably also switch all the links of the old doc to readthedocs avoid the effort of having to build them ourselves and reducing the possibilities of building the wrong doc.
