Not if you use it based on indexes. I warn about it's "non-completeness"
(if I may), it's just a proof of concept. It could be well implemented
checking if an unique index exists for the desired columns or just
implement ad-hoc version, like byLastnameSurname('Lala', 'Lili').

The point is you can use tables with multiple-column "logical primary key"
without problems.
