prmiarily mirroring. I don't need to remember all the urls of modules used in TurboGears. And I do have some local changes to some of them. Also becaue I have some linux kernel patches collection too, I need the star merge of svk. It means I can seperate my version with upstream and merge whenever I want.
Beside, the local mirror can also be served as just another svn repo.
