If you use any sort of RSS aggregator you could use Trac's built in
RSS feeds to do it.  For example, to just get a feed of recent commits
and Milestones, use the following link:

http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/timeline?daysback=90&max=50&changeset=on&milestone=on&format=rss

If you don't have an aggregator you could use the RssFwd service[1] to
email you the feed items as they are published.
