Allright- just in case there are people who read this list, but don't
read the cherrypy list, I found out what the issue was over there.

Pretty much it's due to using the autoloader when in development mode.
When you switch to 'production' mode (and turn off the autoloader) then
there is only a single process started, and that one can be dealt with
easily.
