Well TurboGears proper hasn't been around that long (though the components have been around much longer) so that number if you had it wouldn't be particularly meaningful.
Just building an app with it and seeif you like it. Personally I've found it very low overhead (in terms of annoying "middle-warities" you have to add to your code for it to work) and very productive.
