Can this maybe be because of a circular extends dependency? From what I
can tell we have: turbogears/toolbox/main.kid which extends
turbogears/toolbox/master.kid which extends sitetemplate. I think
sitetemplate is what is set in the config file as tg.sitetemplate.
Maybe the value there causes it to be recursive?
