So, if we help tem with already existing python modules we can help them have
more "pleasure" writing TG apps without having to reinvent the wheel, right?
If they know that they can go to CheeseShop and search for crypto modules as
well as TG modules, we wouldn't have to teach them about the existence of yet
another package repository to use with TG...

If we focus only on TG apps at the TG repository, then we'd have to teach them
where to search for Python modules to solve their problems.  And they'd have
to search in two separate places according to the context.

I believe having one place only is much better than demanding that they know
where to look for each case.
