The problem with this approach is that it doesn't really solve the issue. Yes, the toolbox works, but inheriting from master.kid in a child template should not cause my cpu to max out. My fix didn't solve the problem either - it just allowed master.kid to work via a hack.
Hopefully this problem will be solved before the toolbox and other related functionality is officially released in TG 0.9. I know it only affects Windows users, but come on, we're already stuck on Windows, why torture us more? =)
