This didn't work here. (latest svn 520)...
Looks like the None issue has gone away, but another evil issue has taken it's place. Try doing a 'python setup.py develop' on turbokid.
The other issue seems to be with FormEncode/widgets/TurboKid. Things are being accessed be the __classinit__, that don't appear to exist. I have not had a ton of time to look into this yet. Here is a link posted in IRC: http://tg.pastebin.com/509759.
