That's very strange, can you check if your Form templates are right? I
mean if they have action=${action}...
Finally, since Trac is giving me a strange error while trying to reply,
try that:
svn diff > ../../your-bck.patch
svn revert -R *
svn up
and try again just to be sure there is nothing wrong.
