If some store told me it was going to store my CC or if it didn't ask me for
it on the second purchase, I'd never buy from there again and I'd advise all
my friends for not buying there as well. 

I believe it is too much sensitive information to be stored like this.  After
all, if I go to a real store, it has to swipe my card always...
