:-) I'm used to deploy applications and sometimes my clients don't hire a support or maintenance contract, so I have to optimize things for their data volume. If it gets too slow too early, then it is bad for me. Of course, I can't predict everything but I try following some patterns that I've learnt with time. If I could choose, I'd go for something like you do: optimize when it is needed, monitor queries, etc. It is hard doing that for several clients, though... :-) > The only reason that I wasn't using it is because I didn't know about > it :) hehehehe... :-) > Fast Track now uses format_date as of revision 94. I'll svn update here and see what has changed in the last 4 releases that I missed ;-) -- Jorge Godoy <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears" group.
