Even if it could appear like a futile comment, the "big gear" logo in the new thurbogears site is a png image saved with an alpha transparency. I'm not an internet explorer user but at my work I've see that there is the same my old problem with the png alpha trasparency and internet explorer. Internet explorer don't render good the png alpha trasparency but render well only the png images with the index trasparency, for my blog not is a problem but for the future TurboGears site can be a relative problem for internet explorer users that they see a gray rectangle background.
