Hey, you've done some more work on that since the first time I looked.
TurboGears actually has a web-based shell (it's in the Toolbox), but
it doesn't do calltips. My guess is that HTTPREPL would be closest to
an application and could become one with a little wrapping.

It'd be cool if someone wanted to upgrade the TG shell to use the
goodness you've created here.
