Can you publish their names? Are they free? Can you put up a quick document on how you do yours -- screen resolution, capturing the whole screen, part of it, what you usually think is important (code, web page, debug output, etc.) -- so that people that have access to these tools can do something that has the same quality? :-) It is hard to start, but after the first two, people learn how to do it and might even help you documenting things.
