And, IMHO, it will be a nice thing since it will show how to refactor some 
stuff and how to change the visual of an already existing app ;-)

I'd let those for a "second" project where there's refactoring and addition of 
new features.  This is how we develop something: make it work, make it 
fancy ;-)
