One idea will be to hack sqlalchemy and set a "switch" that says if query is blah go to provider blah

i figured out how to address 2 databases using packageegine
thanks to the tg designers who came up with it -- it was really easy to
figure out, although completely undocumented. adding multiple dbs and
creating engines is super easy though
what i haven't figured out yet is how to use 2dbs with one class - one
to read, one to write
hopefully someone can add to the wiki for that
