Yes I realise that ones I was in the middle, but for someone that doesn't knows how to use the std logger it's a great doc.

yes most stuff is there but I wanted to point out which where all the posible values you could get, and I'm doing enough cross references.... i think.

One thing that would be good to mention in there is that the qualnames
are hierarchical (depending on the propogate setting). If you set up a
handler on "turbogears", "turbogears.controllers",
"turbogears.foobar", etc. will also go through that handler.
