I actually don't have too many tips and tricks. I'm a huge fan of Quicksilver. You've gotta try it out. I use TextMate for editing (as you see in my videos). OmniOutliner and OmniGraffle are both fine pieces of software that I'd recommend for people who need outlining and charting. I generally use Firefox for browsing. Lately, I've been playing with DEVONthink for remembering everything. I'd imagine there are other folks who have cleverer tricks than I.
