Richard, are you open to Americans for this position? I've been keen on getting an opportunity to work in London for some time, and have considered filing one of the work visa applications for "highly skilled" migrants (or whatever the exact name is).
Of course, I'll understand if you aren't able to hire someone from the US for this position, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.
