I just checked out TurboGears from SVN. When I run: python setup.py build
I get: The required version of setuptools (>=0.6a11) is not available, and can't be installed while this script is running. Please install a more recent version first. This is on a system on which I've not installed TurboGears before. I would have expected the setuptools dependency to have been handled. Clues as to what I'm doing wrong?
