I like how easy it is to make website with TG, but trying to put my website up on the net has been nothing but a big pain!
To get to the point... I can't get it to work. period. And I am getting highly frustrated. I have followed the docs here: http://trac.turbogears.org/turbogears/wiki/TurboGearsOnDreamHost as I am on dream host. I have python, turbogears, and all that junk installed. And I created the tg_fastcgi.fcgi and filled in the prod.cfg file. But when I try to do gt-admin sql create... it tries to load the dev.cfg! How do I get it to switch to production mode? After looking at the code for the tg_fastcgi.fcgi, I moved the setup.py to setup.py~. But now it comes up with a stupid configobj.ConfigObjError: Parsing failed error. Are the deployment docs incomplete? What am I doing wrong?
