It's done, I've deployed SQ 0.2.3 to mydrawings.com. I'm NOT using the threadlocal mod as denoted in the upgrade guide. Instead, I've gone ahead and converted my code to use sessions and queries.
Here's crossing my fingers that servers don't lock up any more.
