Maybe not what you're looking for, but:

Mozilla accessibility extension
Fangs
Quick Locale Switcher

... are essential for accessibility, i18n/l10n, and JS testing.

And it couldn't hurt to bludgeon^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hremind people to use  
the HTML and CSS validators at w3.org

You might also mention Parallels Workstation, Wine, Darwine and  
VirtualPC as tools for comprehensive cross-platform browser testing.

And these instructions/downloads for installing multiple versions of  
IE on the same copy of windows come in handy:
