Yup, I've only had to do it once in about 5 months.  Everyone is so

That's because there *is* no-one in charge, the channel is very much
like this list:  It's a community affair.  There's no one really in
charge of this list.  Granted, Kevin *could* moderate all the
messages, but then he'd get nowhere :)
