I'm assuming you're using MySQL with InnoDB... perhaps you could post
the relevant section of your my.cnf so some of us could take a look at
it? There's a couple things with InnoDB that can cause issues.
Can you expound on this for my (and others') benefit? I'm interested to hear some of the details.
