Earlier you mention a problem with a multiplejoin (user & upload) you haven't resolved yet. Catwalk try to show a list of users in the database but while displaying your "files" member it got a exception, the same you got on command line, so it could no display the users list neither allow you to add more entries.
When the list is empty, thers no problem because catwalk does not try to get the list neither the files member.
You should try to fix first your model.py later. May be you could show your file here so someone could help you with the bug.
