At the moment, no, but there's no reason why it shouldn't be. I'll have to do a little cleanup before releasing anything as I wrote the app in under 24 hours so some of it is a little messy. :) A "view all pastes" option isn't a horrible idea, but I think I would have to do some kind of tagging/author name/category system or something...
