Hi, folks. I just found a host company called HostingRails and gave it a try. I think it's a good option for all you need to deploy on shared host. Further, I just wrote a tutorial in their wiki(http://www.hostingrails.com/forums/wiki_thread/20), showing how to deploy TG app with apache mod_rewrite on their host.
PS.
