For docs.turbogears.org I'd like to mention that the easiest way to contribute is "make comment". Try to drop the link in each page's comment field if you found those pages are relational but unlinked yet.
You don't need any editor privilege or leave any personal information to make comment, but your comment may save editors time to guess what's the user really need and they could devote their energy to provide you better document. if you read more, give us advices about the better way to find the doc.
