You will have to copy your prod.cfg file over as well, it is not packaged with the egg since it is assumed to change with each installation. It *should* look in the current directory for prod.cfg. Remember that you can pass a file name in to load as a command line argument if you need to do so for any kind of automated restart script that your web host may have.
