Yes, I've been telling others "well, it might take a day longer to hear
back from support than with a big company, but when you do hear back,
they actually know the answers and fix your problems!" 

Everytime I've called a large commodity hosting company nobody knows
what the heck I am talking about. Python? FastCGI? Huh? :/
