Hi,
just to chime in on the turbogears on python 2.6 issue; I ran into
this while packaging turbogears 1.0.7 for openSUSE 11.1 ("Factory" to
be more specific as 11.1 is not going to be ready until Dec 18th).
Whereas I just wanted to update the actual turbogears package itself,
I ended up updating all the PEAK packages.
I had to add a patch to cater for a def as() in RuleDispatch and paste-
script, because in python 2.6, defining a function named 'as' will
result in a syntax error, because 'as' is a reserved keyword.
You can get the python-turbogears 1.0.7 package from
http://software.opensuse.org/search?baseproject=openSUSE%3AFactory&p=1&q=python-turbogears
but I don't think that will help you much, as I see you are running on
XP.
