TG1.0 is based upon cherrypy2.3. TG1.1 (hopefully soon to be released) also. There is a not released branch, TG1.5, which uses cherrypy 3. It's future is somewhat unclear, so there was a fork of a project called "gearshift", you can find it on google code.
