Paste is a more generic tool than tg-admin, and is maintained and
developed external to the project, so reduces in-project development
overhead. It is a simple framework for writing command-line commands
(paste script), a framework for web serving, a framework for
configuration management, etceteras. Basically it's one of the core
components on which the TG2 stack is based.
