from tw.api import JSLink, js_function
my_js = JSLink(modname="my.project",
filename='public/javascript/whatever.js',
javascript=[other_js_dependency])
then in your controller
my_js.inject()
this will insert your js only in the context in which your need it, at
the end of the <body>
