Hello Jim,
  You could create an account on bitbucket.org and fork the following
  repository:
    https://bitbucket.org/turbogears/tg-docs

  Then modify the docs yourself, commit changes, and push them to your
  forked repository (which might be located at)
    https://bitbucket.org/jim-the-man/tg-docs

  and finally, through bitbucket, send a pull request to the TG
  maintainers to integrate your document changes with their branch.
